SEEDBACK
Seedback it’s a web app made for Multivision employees so they can exchange “feedbacks that makes you grow”.
WHAT DID I DO HERE (together with the designer Francisco Urgueira)?
Naming and brand’s signature.
Helping design the web app.
Launch strategy.
Continuous follow-up strategy.
CONCEPT
There is good feedback, but most of it... meh. They're not very relevant, sometimes they’re even uncomfortable and many even cross the gossip line. They're as useful as talking about the weather. They're as useful as lift conversations.
One week before the lauch event, we sent to the Multivision employees 5 teasers illustrating 5 types of bad feedback:
Pensámos em todo o evento de lançamento (decoração, prendas para os colaboradores…), mas metade (estou a ser generosa) não foi para a frente.
”Não há budget!” - diz o cliente.
Corta para umas semanas antes, na passagem de briefing.
”Qual é o budget?” - pergunta a nossa account.
”Não há. Tenham a ideia e logo se vê.” - responde o cliente.
We planned the whole launch event (decorations, gifts for employees...), but half of it (I'm being generous) didn't happen.
"There's no budget!" - the client says.
Cut to a few weeks earlier, in the debriefing…
"What's the budget?" - our account asks.
"There isn't one. Have the idea and we'll see." - the client replies.
But, to be eternalised somewhere, here's what we planned:
BUT WHAT ABOUT AFTER THE LAUNCH?
We also thought of a whole strategy of continuous follow-up to encourage Multivision employees to use Seedback.
